Considering their role in various social assistance programs that ensure harmony within the society, Community and social services workers (CSW) and Settlement Workers are in great demand these days in virtually every field.

Community and social services workers or CSW often work in various capacities. Settlement Workers, who are an important part of the social fabric just like the Community and social services worker (CSW), are nowadays finding favor with schools, particularly the ones that receive a large number of students, who migrate from other countries or come from different backgrounds.

A college or university program in social work, child and youth care, counseling or other social science or health-related discipline can equip prospective Community and social services worker (CSW) and Settlement Workers like nothing else can.

Community and Social Services Workers Become the Lifeline of Society

Corporate social responsibility from my perspective is ?good working practice?. My aim is to achieve an advanced understanding of the global business world in terms of corporate culture, trade barriers, economic policy, political systems, competitive strategies and international trading standards. As a general not, the shortages in The Gambia currently are the used of advanced resources to meet international business standards for example on-line business.

The skills I seek from my proposed study are: global business etiquette that is how business practices should be done in different countries.
